THE ROAD

Privacy Policy

Short version: we don't collect your information

Effective October 29, 2026

The Road is a simple website: a set of pages that explain the Christian faith. It has no accounts, no sign-ups, no database and no forms that send anything to us. This policy explains the few ways information moves when you use it.

What we collect

Nothing. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number or any other personal details, and we don't keep any record of who visits, what you read, or how you respond, including whether you pray the prayer on the Forgiveness page.

We don't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising.

Text and email buttons

If someone shared The Road with you using a personal link, the page may show their name with buttons to text or email them. Those buttons simply open your own phone's messaging app or your own email app, with a suggested message you can edit or delete. If you choose to send it, the message goes directly from you to that person through your own phone or email provider. It never passes through this website, and we never see it.

Personal share links

Someone sharing The Road can make a link that includes their own first name and, if they choose, their mobile number and email address. The site doesn't store those details; they're written into the link itself. That means:

If you make a personal link, include only what you're comfortable sharing with the people you send it to.

Saved on your own device

To offer "Pick up where you left off," the site saves one small note in your browser's local storage: the number of the furthest exit you've reached (1 to 5). It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Other services

Children

The Road doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
